Support Representative - Career In Veda

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Support Representatives. This role involves assisting clients with technical issues, providing training, and ensuring a smooth user experience with the Veda App. If you have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a desire to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding, diagnosing and solving client queries and issues
  • Collecting timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Providing training to clients
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
  • Supporting the roll-out of new features
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
  • Documenting and reporting cases to senior-level if required
  • Visiting clients and troubleshooting issues

 

Customer Support: 

  • Respond to customer queries via various channels viz: email, chat, phone and provide solutions to technical issues related to Veda App.
  • Guide clients through a step by step solutions and troubleshoot software issues, and coordinate with Development team 
  • Document records of customer interactions , issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Assist in onboarding new clients for seamless execution of Veda App

 

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, new features, system update and assist clients accordingly. 

 

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with different departments and team members to improve clients experience and improve Veda App’s functionality 

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Ms. PowerPoint, and MS Excel
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Enrolled in Bachelor’s or completed.
  • Must possess driving license and a two-wheeler vehicle
