We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Support Representatives. This role involves assisting clients with technical issues, providing training, and ensuring a smooth user experience with the Veda App. If you have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a desire to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding, diagnosing and solving client queries and issues
- Collecting timely and accurate customer feedback
- Providing training to clients
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
- Supporting the roll-out of new features
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
- Documenting and reporting cases to senior-level if required
- Visiting clients and troubleshooting issues
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer queries via various channels viz: email, chat, phone and provide solutions to technical issues related to Veda App.
- Guide clients through a step by step solutions and troubleshoot software issues, and coordinate with Development team
- Document records of customer interactions , issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Assist in onboarding new clients for seamless execution of Veda App
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, new features, system update and assist clients accordingly.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with different departments and team members to improve clients experience and improve Veda App’s functionality
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Ms. PowerPoint, and MS Excel
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s or completed.
- Must possess driving license and a two-wheeler vehicle
