Our Vision

We envision a future where technology has eliminated barriers to education and opened up new frontiers for exploration, creativity, and innovation.

Our journey began as three young IT professionals came together to realize their dreams of having a startup of their own. As the co-founders Nirdesh, Sanjan, and Sujit began working towards their own goals, coordinating with national and international clients alike, they began to feel like they have the responsibility of giving back to the community that gave them so much. Thus, the idea of a product that solves real problems for people in the country was conceived.

Veda began as a response to lived experiences and a first-hand experience of the status of educational institutions in the country. The founders realized this problem and a need for a digital system that could create fair, accessible, and sustainable education systems. The first step was to make a start.

Shortly afterwards, a communication system for school-parent communication materialized. The team realized how important it was for parents to be on top of their children’s progress and daily activities in order to ensure the best development. However, after pitching the idea and product to top schools, it became evident that communication was just one of a long list of problems faced by schools and colleges in the country. That was how Veda began to grow and eventually became a complete Management Information System that takes care of all of an educational institution’s needs.

The company’s new school management software was a huge success, and it quickly became the go-to choice for schools all over the country. Teachers were able to spend more time on lesson planning, student engagement, and teaching strategies. School/College administrators were able to focus on the overall success of the school with real-time data and the burden of manual book-keeping mitigated.

With Veda, the three founders of the company had not only solved a problem in the education sector, but they had also made a real impact in the lives of educators and students everywhere. Veda continues to evolve and grow to ensure that it keeps making a positive impact for many years to come, and completely changes the landscape of education to establish Nepal as one of the global leaders.
