You’ll be at the forefront of our mission to digitize education, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. 1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate leads through calls, field visits, networking, and other outreach activities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Nepal.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and existing clients.
- Follow up with prospects and support client retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Veda's products and features.
3. Market Research & Business Development
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Identify new opportunities and provide market insights to support business growth.
- Contribute to sales campaigns, messaging, and market strategies.
4. Sales Operations & CRM
- Maintain accurate lead, client, and sales data in HubSpot CRM.
- Track follow-ups, communications, and sales progress.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and updates.
5. Collaboration & Networking
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Research, and other internal teams to achieve sales goals.
- Attend industry events and build professional networks.
- Share customer feedback and insights to improve products and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales; leadership experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot and Microsoft/Google Workspace.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Kathmandu Valley.
