We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team who will be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives.
Role Objectives:
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans and strategies with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving internal collaborations
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, competitor analysis, pricing, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
Responsibilities:
Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
Oversee current offerings and come up with initiatives for new products and services
Work with the marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and the sales team
Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
Communication with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
Provides in-depth information to interested clients and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
Coordinate with the sales team and support team to get insights and reports to make marketing more effective.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
More than 2 years experience in Marketing or related field
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
Strong project management skills
Strong problem-solving ability, including matrix driven thinking
