Marketing Manager - Career In Veda

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team who will be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives.

Role Objectives:

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans and strategies with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving internal collaborations
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, competitor analysis, pricing, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Oversee current offerings and come up with initiatives for new products and services
  • Work with the marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and the sales team
  • Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Communication with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Provides in-depth information to interested clients and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
  • Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
  • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
  • Coordinate with the sales team and support team to get insights and reports to make marketing more effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • More than 2 years experience in Marketing or related field
  • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including matrix driven thinking
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
