
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, and decision-maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial meetings
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
- Research and analyze financial reports and market trends
- Preparing annual budgets, and forecasts and overseeing auditing and implementation of the corrective findings from the internal audit
- Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Develop financial strategies, establish financial goals, and devise appropriate financial plans
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
- Assist and Supervise the overall accountant department in every way
Job Specifications:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Ability to meet communicated schedules, targets, and deadlines
