Are you someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and learning new things? At Veda, we’re looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team and be the first friendly face (or voice) our users connect with. This role is perfect for someone starting out in their career and looking to gain real experience in a fast-growing ed-tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with users via phone, email, or chat and assist them with their queries.
- Learn how our product works and guide users through basic features and functions.
- Record and report user issues to the team.
- Help identify common questions and contribute to FAQs or help articles.
- Be part of team discussions and bring in fresh ideas to improve user experience.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Willingness to learn and try new things.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with using online tools.
- Friendly, patient, and a team player
