Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with users via phone, email, or chat and assist them with their queries.
• Learn how our product works and guide users through basic features and functions.
• Record and report user issues to the team.
• Help identify common questions and contribute to FAQs or help articles.
• Be part of team discussions and bring in fresh ideas to improve user experience.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in both English and Nepali.
• Willingness to learn and try new things.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with using online tools.
• Friendly, patient, and a team player
