The ideal candidate is a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and grammar sleuth. You will be responsible for developing marketing and communications content that will separate us from the crowd.
Responsibilities
- Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content
- Develop, write, and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs
- Research industry-related topics (combining online, sources, interviews, and studies)
- Write clear marketing copy to promote products and services
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Submit writings to the Content Strategist for input and approval
- Coordinate with the marketing team to illustrate articles
- Ensure all-around consistency (style and tone)
- Develop case studies and management of content resulting from interviews with new and existing clients
Requirements
- Graduate or current enrollment in an undergraduate course for English, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to write research-based/academic articles with proper citations
- Ability to meet deadlines
